Our vision and mission

Inform · Educate · Empower

Press Club Radhan has no separate strategy paper. These lines are the aims written into its own activity reports, from the 2010 hepatitis programme to the 2024 tree campaign.

Vision

Inform

Responsible information

The flood portfolio names responsible information-sharing beside public welfare and locally led action. In the reports, journalists organise the work as well as write about it.

Journalism

Educate

Health and schools

The 2010 hepatitis programme used a student quiz, a speech and debate competition, and a rally to explain prevention. The 2024 plantation plan asks students and teachers to water and protect saplings.

2010 programme

Empower

Practical help

Cooked meals, medical camps, handwashing points, and chairs in the shade are how the reports show the club standing with people who are waiting, displaced, or without easy access to care.

Mission in the reports

Peace

Tolerance

The 16 January 2011 seminar, “Peace, Tolerance and Harmony: A Time-Critical Social Need,” set out to oppose extremism and to ask people of different beliefs to live together.

Dignity

Public assistance

On 13 April 2020 the club said women collecting Ehsaas Kafalat payments should be treated with dignity and should not wait for hours on the ground in the sun.

Place

Radhan first

Every report is anchored in Radhan, Taluka Mehar, District Dadu: schools, the health centre, bazaars, chowks, and flood shelters.
